1. HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

Simply choose your style on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.
We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!
2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders typically ship within 3 to 5 business days.
When the stock of the purchased product is sufficient, from Monday to Saturday, the product in your order will be sent out within 24h - 72h. If you purchase the product at the weekend, it will be sent out on Monday.
When a product is suddenly out of stock or it is a pre-sale product, we will urgently transfer the product, but there is usually a delay of about one week at least. If you are in a hurry, please contact customer service for details of the delay.
During holidays, delivery will also be slightly affected and there will be a short delay (about 2-3 days). Of course, customer service's reply will be delayed too. Please wait patiently.
3. Delivery Time
After you order, usually delivery to your door around 3-5 days (Products not marked with 3-day delivery will take 10 to 14 days).
4. I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER
Orders typically ship within 3 to 5 business days.
If your order has not arrived after 5 business days (domestic), please contact our team, we are happy to assist.
5. WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash on delivery.
6. Can I cancel my order or make a change of address?
Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to change the delivery address as once it is shipped we cannot change the address. Contact Customer Service ( or email to BlissOasisSevice@gmail.com ) Immediately!
7.Unopened Returns
Sex toys are very private product. We don't take back used toys. If you don't want it, you should not open our packing box And we will help for you as soon as possible.
8.Will our shipment leak product information?
We ship privately and your package is strictly packed. There will be no reference to sex toys on the outside of the product.
